6.6 points out of 10 		Ehemals schöne Wohnung. Jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Terrasse und Gartenanlage sehr ungepflegt. Küchenfenster und Bafemtlüftung defekt. Wohnung und Anlage hat höheres Potenzial. VG. Uwe Herkströter
