The two room apartment is about 60 sqm in size, excellently laid-out, with one living and one bedroom, a kitchen and bathroom on a raised ground floor.

The apartment can be darkened with the electric shutters, has central heating and running warm water. Bed linen and towels will be provided. The bedroom faces the green inner courtyard.

There is a double bed (160x200 cm in width) in the bedroom along with a large wardrobe, a clothes valet, a radio alarm clock, a chair and a ceiling suspended color TV which allows for comfortable viewing from the bed.

The living room comes with the easily foldable IKEA couch - which makes a 160x205 cm double bed - and an IKEA armchair - which folds out to become a 80x190 cm single bed.

Coffee table, a halogen torchiere with a reading lamp, a dining table with 4 chairs, a CD stereo system, color cable-TV and a DVD player.

You'll find everything you need for longer stays in the built-in kitchen, among other things a stove, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, water cooker, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, sufficient pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, cups, plates etc... The comfortable corner seating suite for the whole family rounds off the furnishing.

In the brand new bathroom you will shower under the starry sky and always have dry towels thanks to the electric towel heater.

There is a hairdryer in the cabinet under the sink and an electric outlet next to the mirror.

It is a non-smoking apartment.

The neighborhood offers everything that makes Steglitz an excellent residential area. No matter if you've planned a shopping spree or if you just want to take a stroll in the botanical garden - the house is the ideal starting point: Schlossstraße, one of Berlin's most popular and diverse shopping boulevards, is basically right on the doorstep. Everything can be easily reached on foot from restaurants to theatres to weekly markets. Additionally, numerous subway, S-Bahn (suburban train) stations and bus stops as well as the nearby city autoroute connect you to all destinations in Berlin and Brandenburg.
