Modern 1,5 room apartment on the third floor. It has laminate and carpet flooring. Washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, dishwashing machine, microwave, iron, coffee machine, toaster, water cooker, cutlery, pots and crockery are at your disposal.
There's a wall seperationg the bedroom from the furnished living area. The apartment has digital TV (70cm diagonally), and a couch which can be folded out making a bed for two people. There's a large bed (1,60 x 2,00) in the living area, a wardrobe and an armchair.
The bathroom has a WC and bathtub. Towels and bed linen provided. All floors and apartments in the tenment can easily be reached by elevator.
Quiet, yet centrally located apartment only 4 subway stops from the KaDeWe and Kurfürstendamm. We speak German, English, French, Polish, Russian and Turkish.
