Elegant and recently renovated apartment in a historical building, furnished with design classics, very comfortable. The apartment is very quiet and sunny, has one bedroom with double bed, a separate dressing room, two bathrooms (one with bathtub and bidet, the other with shower). It has a new Bulthaup Kitchen connected to a balcony and a dining room. The living room area has a flatscreen TV and a designer daybed. Solid oak floors, ceiling high cupboards, big mirrors and high quality illumination with Poulsen and Artemide Lamps. Eames DSW chairs and Design furnitures make it very special.
The apartment can be reached by elevator, a parking space is available in the courtyard and there is a beautiful view over the Karl Marx Allee. The next Metro station (U5) is very close by. The building is surrounded by a variety of cafés, stores, shops and restaurants. Friedrichshain is a great place to stay, work and enjoy Berlin.
Everything you need is included (dishwasher from Gaggenau, AEG no-frost fridge, all of the best quality and new: included towels, bed clothes, flatware.
In the apartment pets and smoking are not allowed (but you can smoke on the balcony).
