The spacious combined living and bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), 1 sofa bed (sleeps 1 person), a large wardrobe and a sideboard with TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, 2 cooking plates, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, espresso maker, milk frother, cooking utensils and dinner ware, as well as basic ingredients such as coffee, espresso, tea, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and sugar. The kitchen table is suitable for up to 4 people.
Provided for guests are bed linen, towels, umbrellas and a hair dryer.
Location: The apartment is situated in the front building of a typical "Altbau" close to Landwehrkanal. The neighbourhood around Dieffenbachstrasse and Graefestrasse is attractive and very popular because of the original little shops, handicraft businesses, bars and restaurants.
Underground stations Schönleinstrasse (line U8) and Kottbusser Tor (lines U8 and U1) are approx. 500 meters from the apartment, Eastern city centre /Alexanderplatz (~ 6 minutes) and Western city centre/Wittenbergplatz (~15 minutes) can be reached quickly and comfortably, underground station Südstern (line U7) is approx. 600 meters from the apartment. On weekends and on bank holidays the underground lines run all night.
