The holiday apartment is located in a renovated traditional Berlin tenment about 3 walking minutes away from Kollwitzplatz. The 32m² living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwashing machine etc.), TV, HiFi system, two bed couches (90x200 cm) as well as a sunny balcony is directly opposite the "Kulturbrauerei" (concerts, disco, theatre...). 3 bedrooms (160x200 cm; 2x 90x200 cm; 2x 90x200 cm) and the bathroom with a bathtub complete the apartment. Children's bed and highchair as well as bicycles can be provided upon request. The surrounding area offers numerous recreational activities as well as an impression of the old divided Berlin ("Mauermuseum" = Berlin Wall museum). Ideal public transport connections to other parts of Berlin: Alexanderplatz, Unter den Linden, West City Centre (Kurfürstendamm), Potsdamer Platz etc...
