The bright and spacious 5-room apartment (135 sq.m.) is located on the 3rd Floor (lift).
It has 4 bedrooms, 1 large living room, a large lounge with open kitchen and dining area, 2 bathrooms and a balcony.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed (180x 200), night tables and dresser.
2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed (160 X 200), bedside tables and wardrobe.
3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed (180x200), bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers and an extra bed.
4th Bedroom: 1 double bed (180x200), a single bed (90x200), bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
A cot and a high chair for children are available
The spacious living invites you to relax and spend some time together. It is furnished with a spacious sofa and armchairs, coffee table, sideboard and TV unit with large flat screen TV, DVD player, radio and CD player. The large hall has a dining table for 10 people and a fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, kitchen cabinets with all necessary kitchen utensils).
One bathroom has a toilet, wash room and bathtub with shower.
The apartment has internet WiFi, linen and towels are provided.
On request, we provide a cot and high chair.
The apartment is available to you on arrival day from 3 p.m., on departure day until 11 a.m. Arrival is possible until midnight, after 10 p.m. we charge an extra 20 Euro. The price for final cleaning is 50 Euro
The apartment is centrally located near Chausseestraße. Many sights are within walking distance or within 1 to 2 stops by subway: Oranienburger Strasse, Friedrichstrasse, Hackesche Hoefe and Hackescher Markt, Unter den Linden, Museum Island, Brandenburg Gate, the government quarter. Almost in front of the door are the park on Nordbahnhof which is decorated with remains of the Wall, a large beach bar and many recreational opportunities (large climbing wall, beach volleyball), the Natural History Museum and the Berlin Wall Memorial. The central train station is only 1200 meters away, a bus line goes there. The more distant sites like the trendy neighborhoods and locations are easy to reach with the subway (U6, 300 m from the station Schwartzkopffstraße), trams (400m to the stops of the lines M6 and M8).
