The quiet 2-room apartment with garden, in the heart of the district Prenzlauer Berg, is a perfect basis for your Berlin visit. Located in the restored Garden-House of a marvellous Wilhelminian age building, the apartment was completely rehabilitated in 1997 and again renovated and furnished as a vacation apartment in 2010/11.
Bathroom and bedroom look upon the courtyard, while the living room has access to the garden and the furnished terrace. Inside a small hallway with mini-kitchen and 3 doors to bathroom, bedroom and living room. Wardrobe and baggage-deposition in the hallway.
Living room with door to the garden-terrace with chairs and table. An extendable leather sofa (160 x 200 double bed), shelves with radio, CD, TV, DVD; extendable table with 4 chairs, a closet, a basket chair and an antique davenport, your desk for writing postcards from the capital, or as a workstation for your laptop. Free WiFi included.

Kitchenette in the hallway with 2 hotplates, sink, refrigerator and floor cupboard; equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, and complete dinnerware for 6 people including the suitable wine, beer and water glasses, and of course dish towels.
Linen and towels are included; the only thing you have to bring along is your own toothbrush – and stamina for clubbing, as you will reside in Berlin’s liveliest quarter. There are small shops for your daily needs, trendy boutiques, off-theatres and close to a hundred bars and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk around your accommodation. It is also not far to the next underground station, from which it is only 2 stops to Bertolt Brecht's "Volksbühne" theatre and only 3 stops to former East-Berlin's central place Alexanderplatz or short “Alex”.
