The pleasant 2½-room holiday apartment with small balcony is 80 sqm large and gets direct sunlight from midday on. It is situated on the 1st floor of the front building and has typical "Altbau" features such as high stuccoed ceilings. It is ideally suited for 3 people. All rooms can be entered from the hallway but two are also connected by a double wing door. So you can open up the space und enlarge it. The holiday apartment is located on two levels.

A small staircase inside the apartment leads to the bathroom which is situated one level up.

Located on the ground floor of the building is a bakery where one can also get breakfast, coffee, and wifi. Several good restaurants and a pizzeria are closeby as well as an ice-cream parlour next to the playground. Shopping facilities, hairdressers, theater, sauna, massage, pool and cafés are also located in the neighbourhood at an affordable price. Restaurants are nearby, a bakery is in the house.

LOCATION: Pleasant residential street without too much traffic, close to Charlottenburg Palace, 5 minutes to the fair halls next to the radio tower, 5 minutes to Kurfürstendamm and only a few steps to lake Lietzensee.

The street where the holiday apartment is located is wide, planted mit large trees und not very busy. It is one of many historic buildings around the Castle. Unfortunately, the stucco of our house was removed in the 1950s. But the opposite houses have beautiful facades. The wide sidewalks und the cultural und culinary specialties provide a great atmosphere to stroll und relax in the city center. The hustle und bustle here is hardly felt, rather decades' own business with the well-known cordial Berlin dialect in real Berliner Luft.

Excellent public transport connection. Bus und train stations are just around the corner. So you can quickly reach all places of Berlin without a car.

Olymiastadion, Grunewald, 5 minutes to the exhibition halls ICC at the radio tower, 5 minutes to Kurfürstendamm, a few steps from Lietzensee.
