The new, beautiful, and bright apartment is located in the ideal location directly at the lake Lietzensee and only 500 meters from the fair ground/ ICC. From the balcony you have a nice view over the lake.

The apartment invites you to enjoy a very comfortable and cosy atmosphere thanks to beautiful curtains, pictures etc. You will see that the apartment will surely become a temporary "home" for you in Berlin.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, teapot, scissors, etc.

The holiday home is very centrally located in the Western center of Berlin. Several bus lines are nearby, S-Bahn train station is very close-by, a café and a bakery are just opposite the street. In addition to that, next door to the apartment there is a café where you can also have breakfast. Just around the corner are numerous restaurants, cafés, a big supermarket, bakeries, a post-office, pharmacy etc.

Both the theaters on Kurfuerstendamm are in walking and the fair ground is also close-by. There are a direct bus line to Tegel Airport (line 109) and direct bus connections to Brandenburg Gate and Museumsinsel.

A second bathroom can be rented for 8 Euro per day.

For us the most important is not "stay cheap" but a comfortable stay for our guests!
