The 3 room apartment is located separately in my large apartment in an old building (front house on the 1st floor) and is convenient for two couples or one family. The rooms of the apartment are located calmly because they face the area of the yard. You enter the apartment through the large hallway that is used for both apartments. The three rooms with high ceilings reveal the charme of typical old buildings of Berlin.: 1 large living room with free space American kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and hallway.
Closeby are the theatre district (West Boulevard) with theatres such as 'Schaubühne' and Kurfürstendamm with several restaurants, sidewalk cafés and shopping facilities. You can quickly get to popular sightseeing sights such as Schloss Charlottenburg, Potsdamer Platz, Reichstag, many museums, the zoo, the famous shopping center KaDeWe as well as to lakes such as Wannsee and to the forest area Grunewald. There are convenient parking facilities because the apartment is located in an area where parking is for free.
In the immediate vicinity is Adenauerplatz at Kurfürstenstraße where you have good transport connections with underground and bus: You reach the underground station 'Adenauerplatz' of the line U7 within 2-3 min and the city train station (S-Bahn) 'Charlottenburg' within 5-7 min. The bus lines 109, 110, X10, M19, and M29 stop at 'Adenauerplatz'.
