The peaceful, 47m2 apartment is designed to accommodate up to 4 people and is situated on the fourth floor of a typical Berlin building (without a lift!) in a quiet courtyard behind the house. In the living and sleeping area there is wooden flooring, which was just polished and renovated.

The apartment is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, a trendy district in Berlin with its numerous cafes, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. It takes only 5 minutes to get to the famous Helmholtz square.
The spacious living room features two larges sofas, one of which is a double sofa-bed. You will be able to choose between watching television, enjoying a DVD, listening to music or making use of the apartment’s wireless internet connection. There is also a classic dining table where you can enjoy your meals.
The functional kitchen comes fully-equipped if you feel like eating in. Here you will also find a second, smaller dining table up to 3 people. Several varieties of coffee and tea are available for free.
The practical bathroom is equipped with a box shower, toilet, hair dryer, makeup mirror.
The quiet bedroom features a large double bed and plenty of space to store your belongings.
In the surrounding area you will find various grocery stores (shopping market which is opened 24 hours a day) and a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. The Prenzlauer Allee tram stop (line M2) / S-Bahn (Ringbahn) is located almost right on the apartment’s doorstep. From there you can reach Alexanderplatz in just a few stops, where you can catch a number of metro and train (S-Bahn) connections. Don’t forget to visit the Television Tower with its spectacular views over the city.
The quarter here has a lively arts and music scene. There are many varied cultural offers: galleries, artists cafes, theaters, cinemas, bars, clubs, boutiques and many restaurants of various kinds, Internet cafes, and many small shops to browse, all within walking distance.
