The 40 sqm big apartment lies on the 2nd floor of a garden house. The old building was recently completely modernized. The flat is modern, bright and nicely equipped. Beside a double bed you will find a couch, so there is enough space for 3 persons. Of course you will also find bed clothes and towels.
The kitchen is completely equipped with sufficient crockery, toaster, coffee mashine, water boiler, refrigerator etc.
Central quiet location in Rostocker Straße near Sickingenstraße, a traffic calmed street near S-Bahn station Beusselstraße, and conveniently placed concerning transport facilities. Within 10 minutes by TXL Bus you are at airport Tegel, with the S- and U-Bahn you need 15 minutes to the train station Zoologischer Garten. The junction to motorway: only 2 minutes by car or bus. Public parking spaces that are free of charge are nearby the house.
