This light flooded historic factory loft-style apartment is situated on the border between the Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte in central Berlin. Although only one or two minutes by foot from the Kastanienallè, a long lively road lined with an abundance of cafes, restaurants and trendy shops, the apartment is quietly withdrawn from the street and surrounded by trees and a nice foreyard.
The large 2-room apartment is newly renovated in a building that used to house a chocolate factory. There is a double bed in the bed room and a comfortable double bed sleep sofa in the living room
The bathroom is elegant and equipped with elements designed by Philippe Starck, and includes a tube, shower and washing machine.
The large living room has an open kitchen, dining table, sofa, Flat screen TV and home cinema system. From the living room you access the south west balcony.

The local spots Kollwitzplatz, der Prater (oldest biergarten in town) the Mauerpark and the Kulturbrauerei are all within minutes of walk. The location close to the Kastanienalle is a perfect starting point for strolling through the local scene of Cafes, restaurants, boutiques and galleries. Two minutes walk from the apartment you find the closest tram stop. The tram will in just a few minutes take you comfortable to the Oranienburger Straße, Hackeschen Markt, and Friedrichstrasse. Important sights as Alexanderplatz, Museumsinsel, Brandenburger Tor and Potsdamer Platz are also not far away.
