The apartment is situated on the ground floor with level access. It is conveniently located in the center of Berlin-Friedrichshain just 3 underground stops from Alexanderplatz. The tram going into the district Prenzlauer Berg can be reached in about 100 meters. A very well stocked supermarket can be found in the immediate vicinity (60 m).
The apartment is newly furnished and has one bedroom, hall, shower room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, stove, washing machine, refrigerator and access to the terrace. In the kitchen there is a sofa and a tv. Internet (Wireless / DSL).

The next tram stop is in 100 m distance from the apartment, the tram takes you right into the center of Prenzlauer Berg (Subway Station Eberswalder Strasse, close to event location and concert venue Kulturbrauerei).
Renowned Karl-Marx-Allee (former Stalinallee) is just a 3 minutes walk away - developed increasingly in recent years as a business and restaurant district. Lively Simon-Dach-Strasse, the centre of the Friedrichshain nightlife scene, can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
In sommer 2017 we have the Apartment renewed and we pay attention to the cleaning even more.
