The big (43 sqm) recently renovated apartment consists of two linked rooms. It is located in the raised ground floor of a quiet rear building, from where you can enjoy a view over the green inner courtyard and enjoy the lively flair of Berlin from a quiet place.

On the double bed (1.8x2.0m) two people can sleep comfortably. In the second room there is a bed sofa for one to two persons. A TV set and a stereo will help you relaxing in the apartment.

The bathroom is furnished with a bathtub. In the modern well-equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave etc.) you can prepare breakfast yourself. You also can go to the small café in the house or go to one of the numerous streetcafés nearby.

Discover Berlin from a centrally located, bright and modern apartment. You can walk in 8 minutes to the main station with access to interurban and interregional trains, in 10 minutes to subway Zinnowitzer Strasse. The apartment is in a quiet, still central location between Hamburger Bahnhof station and the museum for natural history. Also the Reichstag is in walking distance.

In the house you will find a small café which offers also lunch, a shop for wholefood and other grocery is just across the street. Also museums' island, Nikolai quarter, Unter den Linden and Brandenburg Gate are not too far away.

Friedrichstrasse with its noble and smaller shops invites you to go shopping. Free parking space is available in front of the house.
