You rent a very sunny guest room in a large 2 room apartment. The accommodation is located in the middle of the neighborhood, in the heart of Berlin, in one of the most beautiful listed Gründerzeit houses on Schönhauser Allee in the district of Pankow-Prenzlauer Berg. A very quiet, relaxed and noise-protected atmosphere awaits you.
The kitchen-living room is fully equipped and has a sitting area for a comfortable stay before exploring the interesting and multifaceted creative Berlin with its sights and events.
In addition, the accommodation is very centrally located, subway in front of the door. It is a few stops to Alexanderplatz and the TV Tower, five minutes to the S-Bahn Schönhauser Allee and three minutes to the streetcar.
Kollwitz-Platz, Max Schmeling-Halle, various cinemas and small theaters in the neighborhood, Kulturbrauerei, the Allee-Arkaden-Center with its wonderful shopping opportunities as well as the famous Mauerpark with its large Sunday flea market and various outdoor events are less than 10 minutes away on foot.
