The holiday flat is a cosily furnished, self-contained 2-room flat with kitchen and spacious bathroom. The flat has been awarded four stars by the German Tourism Association because of its upscale furnishings.
The apartment is located in a quiet area of detached houses, in the south of Neukölln, in an absolutely convenient location: Underground station Rudow, 5 minutes on foot, bus 100m, long-distance/suburban railway 3km, Schönefeld airport 3km (no aircraft noise). A parking space in front of the house is freely available at any time. Shopping facilities are very good. Restaurant : 80m, bakery: 500m, newspaper: 500m . An excellent starting point for tours to Potsdam and the Spreewald.

The bathroom is very spacious. It is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin with a large mirror and a make-up station with mirror.
