The 45 m2 big apartments are seperate. Every apartment is suitable for 1 to 3 persons, more people can stay there on request. From the staircase you'll come to the second floor, into the recently reconstructed attic with 4 dormers and a great view. Using the garden incl. furniture is possible, as well as using the sauna. Please note: Non-smoker apartment! Please refrain from smoking in the apartments (smoking possible in the garden or on the balcony)
The apartments are located in the Konradshöhe neighborhood in the Reinickendorf district with its distinctive detached and semi-detached houses. From here you can go on extended walks through the Tegeler Forst or go in for aquatic sports in the nearby lake Tegeler See. Bikes are available. For other trips we can help you and give you advice. Very close to the apartment are a grocery shop, a bakery, a flower shop, doctors, a pharmacy and a petrol station. Within 10 minutes you can reach Tegel. There you can enjoy a variety of restaurants and of shopping and entertainment possibilities.
Living and kitchen area: kitchenet with fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic stove top, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle etc. On the right hand side is a daybed from where you can watch TV (DVD-player) and listen to the radio. A seperate phone line is available internet access possible.
On the balcony with two chairs and a table you can relax.
Bedroom: The bedroom is furnished with a French bed (with innerspring mattress) and a big wardrobe.

Konradshöhe-Tegelort is a part of the Reinickendorf district with ca. 6000 inhabitants. It is surrounded by the river Havel, the lake Tegeler See and one of the biggest forest areas in the north of Berlin. Konradshöhe-Tegelort originated in the 19th century as colonies on the fields south of the village Heiligensee and became soon a summer health resort for people from Berlin. The climatic spa with its villas and detached houses and its restaurants at the water front still attracts visitors to this picturesque area. A number of hiking trails and bike paths as well as the possibility to do water sports offer great possibilies for recreation.
Landing stages and restaurants with long tradition attract visitors. A walk along the lake shore offers recreation and a picturesque view onto the water. Coming from Tegel (castle Humboldtschloss, bridge Sechser Brücke, Borsighallen and Tegel-Center) your way will lead you past the forester's house and the swimming area Tegeler See.
