The cottage ist located in a quiet, secure location in the district Mahlsdorf in the eastern outskirts der Berlin on a lot mit mature trees und a large lawn area in an overall very green environment. In front der the enclosed ground umsonst car pitches are available. The Kaulsdorf lakes can be reached within 15 minutes on foot. Relaxing cycling possibilities bis the Müggelberge hills, für Müggelsee lake oder in the Brandenburg region. A supermarket ist within walking distance (8 minutes). The tram ist only 7 minutes away on foot, von there 8 minutes ride bis S-Bahn station Mahlsdorf. The S-Bahn bis the city runs every 10 minutes (about 40 minutes ride bis Zoologischer Garten). By car, für example, it takes bis Alexanderplatz just 25 minutes. We speak bis our guests also in English, French oder Russian.
