A professionally refurbished (August 2009) and newly furnished 60 m² flat with 2.5 rooms in the Bergmannstrasse neighborhood.
The apartment is modern and suitable for 2-5 persons.
In addition to two single walk-in bedroom there is a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster , gas stove with oven, etc.) with small steps and the living room, the central room of the home.

In the spacious bathroom with shower there is also a washing machine at your disposal.
For the fifth person, a guest bed can be put up.5 minutes on foot from the subway station Mehringdamm or Platz der Luftbrücke. Also you will find the bus line M19 (to Kurfürstendamm) and 104 (to the Fairgrounds ICC) very close. Just around the corner is also the popular Bergmannstrasse neighborhood where you can experience Berlin at its best - great old buildings, bars and cafés, small shops that invite to go shopping, supermarkets (e.g. Kaisers open until 10 p.m.) and good international cuisine at reasonable prices. The reopened Marheineke market hall offers Brandenburg organic products, fresh roasted coffee as well as Spanish, Greek and Italian delicacies. If you need even more variety of shops, you can walk to Potsdamer Platz within 15 minutes. Thanks to the nearby subway station Mehringdamm and the bus stop one can reach locations within the old West Berlin (Kurfürstendamm) and the like such as Gendarmenmarkt, Unter den Linden ... comfortably within vicinity. In addition to that, there are a few pearls of Berlin's cultural landscape such as the Martin-Gropius-Bau, the Jewish Museum, Berlinsche Gallery, or the German Technology Museum in walking distance.
