location of accommodation
Recently renovated (2016) holiday house in Borgsdorf, just north of Berlin surrounded by pine forest - perfect for a relaxing vacation but also close enough to the city.
The house with 80 sqm has 3 bedrooms (with 1 child's bed in the large bedroom), 2 bathrooms with shower/WC and 1 homely living room (with additional sleeping space) equipped with a flatscreen tv and a dvd player.
The open kitchen is equipped with a large dining table for up to 8 people, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic stovetop/oven, microwave oven, coffee machine etc.
The terrace has a barbecue area and a view of the lake which is only 5 meters from the house.
For small children a highchair, changing mat and travel cot can be provided.
Your dog(s) is/are welcome! The property (850 sqm) is fenced-in and the bathing jetty is secured by a gate. We also offer "dogsitting" should you plan a day in the city, for example to explore the many museums.
Shopping facilities (bakery, butcher's shop, pharmacy, supermarket, hairdresser etc.) can be reached within minutes on foot.
The nearest S-Bahn station is 7 walking minutes away, from there it only takes 30 minutes to Berlin Alexanderplatz.
Very close to Borgsdorf is also Oranienburg and the memorial and museum at the site of the former concentration camp Sachsenhausen. Further destinations in the area include recreation area Briesetal as well as outdoor zoo Germendorf.
