Very well-designed large 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a house with a living / bedroom, small conservatory, kitchen, bathroom with WC, shower and washbasin. The apartment is centrally heated and equipped with central hot water supply. Bed linen and towels are included.
The kitchen and bathroom face the green courtyard, outside the living room is a small street with a small park behind it.
The room is equipped with a 1.40 m wide double bed and a pull-out couch that can be easily converted into a double bed. A coffee table, Torchiere with reading lamp, two closets, color TV (cable) plus DVD Player with Card Reader and USB connection and clock radio.
A free internet flatrate (wireless DSL) and telephone flatrate (within Germany) are available around the clock.
In the kitchen everything is there that makes a longer stay pleasant. There is a built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and an integrated fridge.
Pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, cups, plates, bread slicer, egg cooker and and and are available in sufficient quantity.
A long bar table with 3 chairs complete the equipment of the kitchen.
The bright bathroom has a shower with thermostatic mixer, a large hand basin, wall-hung toilet, mirror and ample storage space.
A very spacious closet is installed in the corridor.
The winter garden in terracotta colors invites you to relax with its cozy seats for 2-3 people.
In the yard there is a closed car park.
It is a non-smoking apartment.
