Located on the mezzanine of this front house is quiet and bright apartment equipped with modern, stylish and antique furniture. The apartment has two large rooms, one with a well-equipped kitchenette and a big bathroom with a shower/bath.
The kitchen includes: washing machine, dishwasher, 4-stove burner stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, radio, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
The 1st room is equipped with sofa-bed (which can be converted into a double bed (200x200 cm)), a large wardrobe and a dining table with 4 chairs (plus an extra 3 folding chairs). The room can be used as a purely residential kitchen. From the kitchen you enter the balcony, which is equipped with a table and two chairs.
The 2nd room is equipped with three single beds (90x200 cm), which can be put together to create a double (180x200 cm) and a large wardrobe.

The apartment is technically well equipped. It has an Internet connection (free user), a wireless telephone (landline calls free), two plasma TVs with DVD DivX player, a hi-fi system (CD, MP3, USB jack for iPod), a radio, clock and an alarm clock.
The Schönholzer Street is a quiet side street in a central location with good transport links. Just around the corner, runs the Gallery mile, Brunnenstraße (NEW ART DISTRICT), Bernauer Strasse, with its Berlin Wall Documentation Center, the East Side Park, with its hip, huge flea market and the idyllic Arkonaplatz. Only a few minutes walk away are Zionskirchplatz and Chestnut Avenue. With its countless cafes, restaurants and bars, the area is one of the most attractive of the capital. The U-Bahn station Bernauer Strasse (U8, tram 10) is located a minute’s walk from the apartment. The location is ideal for sightseeing in the city. The government district and the historic center (Museum Island, Brandenburg Gate, Gendarmenmarkt, Unter den Linden are) are located within a radius of about 1.5 kilometers.

Interesting for families with children: Very close to the apartment you can find many playgrounds for kids of every age and a paddling and outdoor pool in the park named Humboldthain. Also, close to the apartment there is our reception and bar. Here you can easily check in and out, hire bikes or simply soak up the atmosphere and enjoy your time in our little bar. Our guests have the opportunity to get 10 % discount on our bike rental.
