This exclusive guesthouse is furnished in a mediterranian country house style, the rooms offer a southern ambience.
The rooms are divided as follows: 3 x 3 bedrooms & 1 double room.
Our guests can use the large, fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, water kettle, microwave, dishwashing machine, ceramic hob, oven, etc.). The kitchens has a large country-style dining table with ten chairs. The house has 4 rooms and comes with cable-TV! The bathroom also has a southern flair, it has 2 showers, 2 sinks, 2 toilets...it also has floor-heating.

We're located in a Villa-district of Berlin, far away from the noise and bustle, yet still very central with good access to public transport.
For example 20 minutes to Potsdamer Platz, Kurfürstendamm, Zoologischer Garten, Unter den Linden, etc.!
A busstop and subway station are 2 and 8 walking minutes respectively away.
Great shopping possibilities aswell as restaurants are in the vicinity, less than 10 minutes away on foot. One of Berlin's most attractive shopping miles - Schloßstraße - can be reached by bus in only 8 minutes.
Germany's capital Berlin is a tourist magnet. No matter if you want to go sightseeing, enjoy cultural activities or go on a shopping spree - the city has something for everyone.
There's also garden furniture (depeding on the time of year) and a large BBQ in the garden which can of course be used by our guests (if they ask beforehand).
- The apartments nr. 794, 795, 796 and 797 are all on the same estate.
- Smoking is only allowed in the kitchen and garden!
- Parking lots at no extra charge available infront of the house!
