In a green and quiet courtyard right next to the famous corner of Schönhauser Allee, where street cars pass underneath the U2 train and Kastanienallee with its trendy boutiques and cafés turns into more residential Pappelallee, lies this sweet little apartment with a separate kitchen, bathroom with a tub, bedroom and living/dining room which also sleeps three. Located on the ground floor with large windows facing the courtyard and extremely high ceilings, the apartment offers a peaceful and relaxing retreat after a busy day in the city along with a little bit of nostalgia for the style of the ‘70s.

The small bedroom has a queen-size bed and an antique wardrobe. The large living/dining room offers a dining table with four chairs, a couch that folds out to a queen-size bed, an easy chair that also folds out to a single bed, a large wardrobe, sideboard and a TV set. The kitchen has a bistro table, two stools, a sink, two hot plates, a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and a fridge - the bathroom a tub, wash basin, and toilet.
