Modern 1,5 room apartment on the fourth floor. It has laminate and carpet flooring. Washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, dishwashing machine, microwave, iron, coffee machine, toaster, water cooker, cutlery, pots and crockery are at your disposal.
There is a wall separating the bedroom from the furnished living area. The apartment has digital TV (70 cm diagonally) and a two seater couch which can be folded out making a bed (150x200 cm). Additionally there's an armchair which can be folded out makng a bed for 1 person and a wardrobe.
A large (200x200 cm) bed is in the sleeping area.
The bathroom has a WC and bathtub. Towels and bed linen provided. All floors and apartments in the tenment can easily be reached by elevator.
Quiet, yet centrally located apartment only 4 subway stops from the KaDeWe and Kurfürstendamm. We speak German, English, French, Polish, Russian and Turkish.
