The former coach house is situated in a green Kreuzberg courtyard close to Landwehrkanal, Oranienstrasse and Görlitzer Park. It has 80 m² in total, 2 large rooms over 2 floors (ground floor and souterrain) and a small yard-garden in the front.
The little house is bright and friendly and provides you with a cosy home for short or longer stays. Here you will find peace and relaxation after excursions, sightseeing, workdays and all the other activities which might bring you to Berlin.Ground floor: Living and dining area with open kitchen (equipped with sink, 2 cooking plates, small fridge, coffee machine, electric water kettle, toaster and everything needed for the preparation of a nice breakfast or simple meals), 2 comfortable easy chairs which can be transformed to single beds (90 x 200 cm), desk, dining table with 4 chairs, tv and stereo set.
Spiral stairs lead down to the souterrain: Separate bedroom furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), 2 nightstands with bedside lamps, a wardrobe and a dresser. Another wardrobe is in the hallway next to the stairs. The bathroom is equipped with a wash basin and a shower, the toilet is separate (also with wash basin)
Optional for larger groups/families: To inhabit the whole house the first floor (apartment no. 4135) can be booked additionally to provide lots of space for up to 7 people on 3 floors.
Check-in possible until 10 pm.
