Very nice, bright holiday apartment on the 4th floor with view over Schoeneberg. The living room is equipped with cable TV, flat TV set, DVD player, stereo, internet, phone and a dining corner for 6 persons, a comfortable bed sofa (140x204 cm), a bookshelf with information on Berlin and literature for rainy days. On the big balcony facing south there is furniture and an umbrella. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a big cupboard, the smaller bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed sofa (163x200 cm) and 2 cupboards. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, stove with exhaust hood, oven, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster, dishes and silverware for 12 persons. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/ shower, a big wash basin and a mirrored cabinet as well as a hairdryer.

Directly across the house you find a big supermarket where you can buy anything for your daily needs. Shopping street Schlossstrasse is close-by (1.5 km). Next to the apartment you can catch a bus of the lines 187 and 246. 187 brings you to the diplomats' quarter and shopping centres. Interurban train S1 takes you to Potsdamer Platz, Unter den Linden, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstrasse, and Museum' Island. In the other direction you can go to Botanischer Garten, to the lake Wannsee or to Potsdam. Right next to S-Bahn station Friedenau there is a popular neighbourhood with several restaurants and pubs.

Different cancellation regulations for the rental of these flats
If the renter cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new renter who will enter into the contract under the same conditions, the following pro rata rents (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, provided that it is not possible to rent the apartment to someone else:

- up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price
- up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 60 % of the rental price
- up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 80 % of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90 % of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100 % of the rental price.
