Our holiday apartments were finished in July of 2008, they are located in a living house which is not directly next to the street. The street is small and quiet.
The house with 3 holiday apartment stands in a green area in one of the most famous living areas of Berlin, Tempelhof Lichtenrade district.
You live outside of the city center but still in the city. Nearby you find everything you will need: you can relax in the nearby parks (e.g. Mariendorf), many shops and restaurants in walking distance, horse racing track Mariendorf, open air pool Mariendorf, swimming pool Ankogelweg and one of the most attractive gardens of Berlin, the Britzer Garden.
Shopping center Gropius Passagen with over 180 shops on 85000 sq.m. offers fashion boutiques, specialized stores, cafes, restaurants, fitness clubs and a big cinema can be reached by bus or car within 10 minutes.
