Despite its location in a vivid neighbourhood the apartment is nice and quiet as it is placed in the first floor of the rear building.
The apartment is 65 m² large and holds up to six persons. In 2008 it has been beautifully renovated and is therfore in a fantastic shape. There is a nice wooden floor and there is tiling in the kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment consists of 3 rooms (2 bedrooms and 1 living room) as well as a bathroom with WC, shower and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster etc.)
In the livingroom you will find a large sleeping couch as well as a dining table, cable TV and a stereo.
Towels and bed linen are provided and included in the price!
The appartment is located in the beautiful area around the Helmholtz Platz in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, a district, well-known for its diversity of cafés, bars or interesting art-galeries and shops.
There is a huge range of public transportation available.

Popular destinations such as Alexanderplatz, Potsdamer Platz or the Brandenburg Gate are only a few stations away and can be reached comfortable. There is also a lot of activities if one wants to walk, for example the Kulturbrauerei can be reached within a couple of minutes walking.

  Schade dass die Internetverbindung nicht funktionierte - aber es wurde daran gearbeitet. Ein Vorhang am Fenster der Schlafzimmeertür wäre zu empfeh...
