LANDLORD'S PAYMENT POLICY:
Prepayment:
The rate is basically not refundable and a prepayment (deposit) of 50 % is due to guarantee the booking.
In case of cancellation the guest of course will get back the deposit if we get another similar booking. If the booking volume of the alternative booking is less than the original booking, only a partial repayment of the deposit will be made.
After the booking we send you our banking arrangements by email. The prepayment has to be made within 72 hours after the receipt of this email.
Further we have the right to reduce the deadline for the money transfer to 24 hours if the booking was made within a week before arrival.

Description of the apartment:

The apartment appeals by its central situation near Nollendorfplatz. Kurfürstendamm as well as Tauentzienstraße, the largest shopping street of Berlin with the world-famous “KaDeWE”, can comfortably be reached on foot in about 10 – 15 minutes.

Please look forward to quiet and modern 2-room apartments in an old building which is typical of Berlin with a view to the garden. The apartment itself consists of a living room, a bedroom, a modern, fitted kitchen and a tiled bathroom with a shower.

In the bedroom there is a 160-cm-wide double bed and in the living room a sofa which can be converted into a 140-cm-wide double bed with a slatted frame.

The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with a 4-star compartment, Nespresso®machine and with a washing machine.

There is a steam iron with an ironing board and a hairdryer.

The apartment has a DSL high-speed internet access by Wi-Fi.

The apartment is located in 3rd floor of the side wing (garden house), please take note that there is NO ELEVATOR!!!
