Very nice, bright holiday apartment on the 6th floor with view over Charlottenburg castle, renovated in march 2008. The living room is equipped with cable TV, flat TV set, DVD-player, stereo, internet, phone and a dining corner for 6 persons, a comfortable bedsofa, a bookshelf with information on Berlin and literature for rainy days.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, stove with stove hood, oven, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster, dishes and silverware for 12 persons. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a big wash basin and a hairdryer.
Subway station Richard-Wagner-Platz very close, bus stop in front of the house. Several supermarkets and other shops nearby. You can walk to Wilmersdorfer Strasse in an area famous for its restaurants and bars. River spree and a park invite you to go for a walk or go jogging, all sights can be reached very fast.

If the renter cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new renter who will enter into the contract under the same conditions, the following pro rata rents (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, provided that it is not possible to rent the apartment to someone else:
