The holiday apartment is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. It is located in a quiet side wing -first floor- of a newly renovated quaint period building. It is 60 sqm in size, has a living room, a sleeping room with attached balcony, a kitchen and a bathroom with tub/shower. The apartment is quietly located.
The living area is equipped with a convertible sofa bed, a eating place for four people, a flat screen, cable TV, wlan.
The sleeping room has as its highlight a unique beautiful bed (160x200 cm) with bedside tables, and a colourful lamp that gives the whole room a special charm. Bed linen is included. The balcony invites to a breakfast alfresco.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner stove, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a table with chairs for a comfortable breakfast, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. Naturally dishes, cutlery, glasses and pots are provided.

Many cafés, restaurants and shopping possibilities are reachable on foot. Metro, Sky train (Schoenhauser Allee) and cable car stations are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is located in the very popular and hip district Prenzlauer Berg. Since the wall came down in 1989 it is one of the highlights of any Berlin-tour. The ‘infamous Prenzl’berg’ attracts many visitors which dive into the vibrant life taking place here.
