The large, very bright 3-room apartment (classic Berlin old building) with 2 separate bedrooms is centrally located in a very quiet area. It is in the immediate vicinity of the Kurfürstendamm and the KaDeWe.
In a house in the heart of Berlin built around 1900 in art nouveau style is this vacation apartment with approx. 108 m² on the 2nd floor.
You live in a beautiful 3 room non-smoking old building apartment with a clear ceiling height of approx. 3.50 meters in the very best traffic-calmed and in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Berlin.
Fast Internet, WLAN is free for the entire stay.
Thanks to the location (Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, Schöneberg) it is only an 8 minute walk to the KaDeWe.
A supermarket with all necessary groceries, doctors, dentists, bus, subway stations and a pharmacy are only a 3-minute walk away.
All Berlin transportation: bus, subways, cabs, rental cars, bicycles, scooters, trains, suburban trains and the ones I forgot. All within walking distance. The nearest subway station is only 300 meters away.
