This freshly renovated 52 sq m apartment is located on the ground floor of a side wing in an old turn-of-the-century building and has direct access to the courtyard and a small shielded area where you can sit outside. There’s an all new bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, a kitchen with an electric stove, fridge, dishwasher, table, chairs, dishes and all the cooking utensils necessary to prepare a good meal.

The 2 bedrooms are lockable with a door and the double beds are 1.60 m and 1.80 m wide respectively. (No passage room)
