This very large apartment is a combination of the apartments
3761 and 3762
which are joined by a double door leading directly from one to the other. With three bedrooms, two big living rooms with open kitchens, dining tables and two sleeping couches plus three bathrooms (one with a tub) and two separate entrances, the apartment is ideal for groups of travellers who like to live and eat together but also enjoy a little bit of privacy.
The two living rooms (walk-through) have a dining table each for up to ten people combined and two sleeping couches which fold out to comfortable double beds. Both open kitchens are fully equipped and offer a stove and diswasher in one and two hot plates in the other, plus of course two sinks, fridges, a microwave, dishes and all other cooking utensils necessary to prepare a good breakfast, lunch or even dinner.
The two large bedroom have a double bed in each (queen-size) plus a large wardrobe in one and a walk-in closet in the other. One bedroom also has its private bathroom with a shower, toilet and wash hand basin. The smaller bedroom has two single beds which can be placed next to one another and a small wardrobe.
The big bathroom is equipped with a tub with shower curtain, a hand wash basin, toilet as well as a washing machine. The two smaller bathrooms have a shower, toilet and basin in each.
With big windows facing the street as well as the courtyard, the apartment not only offers a lot of space but also plenty of light.Tucked away in a quiet side street, it is still in close proximity to coffee shops, little specialty stores, a private stage, movie theaters and of course cafés, bars, restaurants as well as Schönhauser Allee station with its trains and large shopping mall plus parking garage (€8/day).
