The apartment has been renovated until December 2007 so it is in a great shape! The walls are spackled and there is a new wooden parquet in the sleeping and living area. Both kitchen and bathroom are tiled.

The apartment is about 40sqm big and has a living and a sleeping are in a nice big room. There is room for up to 4 persons (large double bed 160 x 200 + sleeping couch 140 x 200).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, coffemachine, electric kettle, dishwasher etc. so it is no problem to cook in the apartment.

There is a shower, a toilet and a basin in the bathroom and Hifi, TV, and dining table in the living area.

The apartment is located in the basement of the 2nd sidewing so it is nice and quiet.

The appartment is located in the beautiful area around the Helmholtz Platz in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, a district, well-known for its diversity of cafés, bars or interesting art-galeries and shops.

There is a huge range of public transportation available:

- Ringbahn S Prenzlauer Allee

- Tram M10 Husemannstr.

- Tram 12 U Eberswalder Str. / Pappelallee
