FEEL THE HISTORY
Princely living in one of the most beautiful monuments of the area: Gutschow House, an important work of historicism (gothic revival and new renaissance), built in 1895 by famous German architects is the city landmark of southern Friedrichstraße. In the living room is a massive oak dining table for 6 people, kitchen from massive beech, sofa, LCD-TV, HiFi, DVD, Wireless Hi-Speed DSL, . Kitchen equipped with ceramic stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, cutlery and high-quality pots. Washing machine on the same floor. Cleaning is made with gently dosed organic materials, no softeners, no perfumes.

GET MOVING
This is the city center from where the most famous sights can be reached by foot. An excerpt: Jewish Museum (the most significant example of contemporary architecture) is our direct neighbor, Checkpoint Charlie 3 minutes, Martin Gropius Bau (the most important exhibition hall) 15 min., Potsdamer Platz (one of the most popular attractions of the New Berlin) 20 min., Gendarmenmarkt (one of the most beautiful squares in Europe) 15 min., Museum Island with Pergamonmuseum, Neues Museum (the world heritage) 30 min., Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag (biggest crowd-draws) 30 min. At Hallesches Tor (500m) is the dock for Berlin's most popular boat tour: the bridge tour.
