Enjoy the 9m ² terrace that offers unobstructed 180 degree views and with a little luck you can enjoy warm summer evenings and one of the many fireworks happening in the sky over Berlin. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. There is a large room with a double bed (180 x 200), sofa set with table, satellite TV and a large wardrobe.
There is also a very small room with one bed (140 x 200) for two more people and a chair.
The kitchen offers everything for self catering (e.g. fridge, 4 plate stove with oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and a table with 4 chairs).
The bathroom has a bath tub with shower screen.
In 3 minutes walk you get to a bus line that takes you directly to the city centre and subway. This bus takes you also in approximately 5 minutes to the S-Bahn and regional train station "Südkreuz".
To Potsdamer Platz and the Brandenburg Gate you need about 20 minutes. Small shops are located in just 7 minutes walking distance. There are free public parking lots in the area.
