The 2-room apartment is decorated with care in every detail and is located in a side building of a well renovated old building from the Gründerzeit.

Modern taste and home-like coziness combined with a sense for harmonic and colourful balance. The original outline was redecorated in 2013. Windows, doors, and the floorboard in all rooms were replaced with appropriate new ones in the same style to maintain the charm of a typical old building of Berlin. Wonderful antique lamps and pictures emphasize the harmonious atmosphere.

All rooms are located in a calm and light ground-floor apartment and face a green yard. The famous neighbourhood of Bötzowstraße with its special charme is characterized by beautifully restored old buildings from the Gründerzeit, rustic pubs, cozy cafés, and international restaurants, small shops, and lots of green surroundings. The nearby wonderfully arranged public park (ca. 300 m away) inites to enjoy nature and to relax. Organic shops, bakery, butcher, supermarkets, bank, and pharmacies are within walking distance.

The tram M4 (right around the corner) takes you in no time to Alexanderplatz. Whenever you like to enjoy classic music, the bus line 200 (ca. 300 m away) takes you right away to Philharmonie Berlin. Berlin offers cultural highlights and various sights. The convenient location of the apartment allows a quick access to them.

Arrivals by car:

Since there is a low-emission zone in the district of Prenzlauer Berg you need a specific pollution badge. Parking in the street is with costs except on Sundays and on holidays.

Arrivals by train:

By taxi from the train station Ostbahnhof you can get to the apartment within 10 minutes but also public transportation gives you easy access to the apartment.

    Zentral gelegene - aber sehr ruhige Ferienwohnung. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal da und hatten eine sehr schöne und entspannte Zeit!

    Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles was wir brauchten war da. Die Lage des Hauses ist in Ordnung.
