Our in 2019 newly remade holiday apartment with 80 m² is situated on the 6th floor (top floor) and can be reached by an elevator. All rooms are comfortably, cosily and lovingly furnished with attention to details and will be impeccably prepared with bed linen and towels provided.
There are 2 bedrooms suitable for up to 4 people, additionally a travel cot can be provided, small guests up until 1 year of age stay for free.
Access to the 15 m² rooftop terrace is through one of the bedrooms - enjoy the fantastic view of Charlottenburg Palace, the Palace grounds, the radio tower, and the river Spree.
Both bedrooms are accessed through the spacious hall with dining area (large dining table and 6 chairs).
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a rocking chair, shelf units with lots of storage space, and cable tv.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a brass bedstead (160 x 200 cm), built-in cabinets, and a tv set. Right above the bed are garret windows through which one looks up into the sky.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, baking oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave oven, coffee machine, espresso maker, electric water kettle, as well as plenty of cooking and dinnerware.
The bright bathroom is equipped with a bath tub (with shower curtain), laundry rack, wash basin, WC, with lots of space for personal items.
The apartment is equipped with free, fast WiFi.
A landing place for excursion boats is located right in front of the building, perfect if you wish to explore Berlin from a river perspective.
The public transport options are excellent with bus stops and underground stations close by. Tegel airport, Kurfürstendamm, Zoo Station, and the Olympic Stadium can be reached in 10 minutes by car/taxi.
In the immediate vicinity are also supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, as well as bars, cafés, and restaurants.
