The Apartment is 30 sqm big and holds up to two persons. The apartment has been completely renovated before we stylishly decorated it.
In the sleeping and living area you can find the original wooden floor (sanded), kitchen and bathroom are tiled.
Besides a large double bed (160x200 cm) you can also find a cosy relax area with two armchairs to relax!
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, a fridge is of course also part of the inventory!
The apartment is situated right in the vivid neighbourhood around the Helmholtzplatz in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. Bars, cafés and restaurants attract a lot of people and let life take place on the street here. There are also lots of cultural sights nearby e.g. the culture center Kulturbrauerei which can be reached within 5 walking minutes. The apartment is also very well connected to the following public transport: U2 - Eberswalder Str. S-Bahn - Prenzlauer Allee Tram M10 - Husemannstr.
