The modern appartment is 26sqm big and has a living/sleeping area, kitchen and bathroom. Despite its central location in Berlin, it is nice and quite due to its position in the ground floor of the 2nd sidewing. The Appartment has been completely renovated until September 2007 so it is in a great shape. Its walls are primed, it has got a beautiful new wooden prquet and there is tiling in kitchen and bathroom.
The equipment of the flat contains:
Living / Sleeping Area: Large double-bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe, TV, HiFi
Kitchen: Table, Fridge, stove, oven, Coffeemachine, electric kettle, large work surface, dishes etc.
