Equipment of the holiday apartment: The offered apartment was newly renovated and is modernly furnished. It is located in a quiet location in the rear building of a four-story apartment building. Since the apartment is on the ground floor and has a large and separate entrance, it is accessible by wheelchair. Access is through a bright green inner courtyard in which there is also a small playground.
With a total area of 130 square meters the apartment is very spacious. It has four bedrooms with two beds each, a large living area with integrated kitchen plus dining area. Furthermore, two bathrooms with shower are available. The four bedrooms have a size of 14-18 m² each. Apart from the two 0.9 x 2.00 m wide beds, there is a large wardrobe, two bedside cabinets, a table and chairs. In the living room, with 20 m², is a cozy sofa and a large cabinet. Here you will also find a TV and stereo system. The adjoining spacious dining and kitchen area of 20 m² offers room for eight people to dine together.
The kitchen has an electric cooker that is equipped with four hotplates, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker and a kettle. In each of the two large bathrooms is a shower, toilet and sink. One of the showers is wheelchair accessible.
All doors have a width of 90 cm. There are no barriers of more than 20 mm in height. In each of the rooms: kitchen, living area, three bedrooms, a clearance of at least 150x150 cm is available.
In three of the four bedrooms of the apartment you will find beds in which the height can be increased to over 50 cm. The wardrobes have folding doors and are 109 cm wide. The clothing rod can be adjusted in height.
There is a walk-in shower with a size of 150x150 cm. The sink is suitable for wheelchair users. A mirror above the sink can be used in a sitting position.
