On the upper floor of a converted factory building lies a studio flat with the atmosphere of a small loft, separated from the main building by a green little courtyard. A bathroom with a tub and toilet, a comfortable queen-size bed, a walk-in closet as well as an open kitchen with a small dishwasher structure the open space and make for a cozy as well as spacious ambience.
Besides the large bed (160x200 cm) and a sofa chair that unfolds to a third bed (90x200 cm,) the apartment offers a small dining table, three chairs, two easy chairs, a TV set and a portable radio with CD player. The open pantry kitchen has a small dishwasher, two hotplates, a grill/microwave combination, a small fridge as well as a coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster; the bathroom a tub with shower curtain, a hand wash basin and a toilet.
