The apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful half-timbered house. In 2002 it was equipped with new furniture and recently renovated in 2003.

Gatow is a southern district of Spandau which lies between the lake Wannsee, river Havel and Grunewald forest. It is an oasis in Berlin. You can reach quickly the centers of the city by public transport (bus stop 10 m), such as ICC, Zoo and the Olympic Stadium and still live in the countryside. Walking, swimming, cycling. Everything is possible just outside the front door. In summer, there is a powerful air conditioner in the apartment.
