The large holiday apartment is on the first floor, has two rooms, a spacious live-in kitchen, a bathtub and a comfortable balcony overlooking a garden.
In the kitchen you'll find a gas-stove, a coffee machine and a water cooker. Both rooms have been affectionately furnished and each have a TV, wardrobe, single/double beds with high-grade matresses, shelves and seating options. One of the rooms also has a hifi stereo system. All rooms have wooden floorboards.
Children are very welcome. From a babycot to babyfood heater to pots and toys - you'll find everything that makes children and parents happy.
The apartment has been newly and affectionately refurnished in early 2006 - with love for detail so as to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The flat is very quietly located in an old Berlin villa. There's a supermarket just a few metres away as well as a bakery, a post office and a couple of restaurants. Suburban train station S-Osdorfer Straße is about a 15 minute walk away, a Bus (20m away) goes to S-Lichterfelde-Ost and numerous shopping facilities and restaurants. Sufficient parking lots are available in the street.
Just a couple of metres away the Lilienthal-park invites you to take a stroll. Berlin's city limit is nearby, so you can also go on a bicycle trip into the surrounding green areas.
3 adults and a child up to 6 years (in the children's bed) can stay in the apartment. An additional children's bed can be provided upon request.
