We offer a holiday apartment in the south of Berlin. It has been newly furnished. The 2½ room apartment is on the ground floor, has a terrace and a garden in Berlin's verdant south with good shopping facilities and traffic connections to the city centre as well as outlying districts. The apartment is brightly lit and cozy - you'll feel right at home.
It's a 30 minute drive to Alexanderplatz or Kurfürstendamm - or you can take the subway - which is only 5 minutes away from the apartment (subway line U7). Shopping facilities and restaurants can be reached in about 5 minutes. You'll rent the entire ground floor of the two-family-home with a large, sunny terrace.
The apartment is brightly-lit and cozily furnished. There's a sleeping space in the living room on a top notch couch bed - 1,60m wide. The entire apartment has laminate flooring and is suitable for allergy sufferers. Extra beds are available making a total of 8 sleeping spaces. Childrens' high-chair and bed available if requested. Television with 31 channels. 1 large living room with a comfortable bed couch, TV and stereo system; 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200 cm); 1 smaller room with two single beds (bed linen and towels included); 1 kitchen with dining space, stove, oven, washing machine etc.
