The apartment is furnished and equipped with two sleeping rooms, one big bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Sleeping room 1 could also serve as a living room. If required a fax machine can be placed in this room.
Sleeping room 2 is furnished with two single beds (80x200 cm) which can be changed to a double bed (160x200 cm).

Schönholzer Strasse (street) is a quiet side road. Directly around the corner one finds the gallery walk on Brunnenstrasse, Bernauer Strasse with its Berlin Wall documentation center Mauerpark with its hip and giant flea market, and the idyllic plaza Arkonaplatz. It takes only a few minutes by foot to Zionskirchplatz and Kastanienallee. With its uncountable cafés, restaurants and bars this area belongs to the most attractive of the capital. The underground station Bernauer Strasse (U8, tram 10) is only a minute walk away.
Interesting for families with children: Very close to the apartment you can find many playgrounds for kids of every age and a paddling and outdoor pool in the park named Humboldthain. Also close to the apartment there is our reception and bar. Here you can easily check in and out, hire bikes or simply soak up the atmosphere and enjoy your time in our little bar. Our guests have the opportunity to get 10 % discount on our bike rental.

  Soweit alles gut. Leider klemmte die Tür zwischen Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum - konnte man nicht schließen.

  Berlin Ferienwohnungen Der Tisch in der Küche war wackelig. Wir waren 4 Personen aber die Wohnung hatte nur 3 Stühle.
